VDH receives funding to distribute vaccine

The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) has received $4.3 million to help distribute COVID-19 vaccine.
The monies come from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Senators Warner and Kaine say the funding is designated to ensure that every Virginian has access to the vaccine as quickly as possible.
