VDOT is a step closer to the Millwood Pike project
Virginia’s Department of Transportation (VDOT) announced the Millwood Pike bridge over I-81 project will begin in 2023 or 24.
Winchester City will hold a public open house later this year to solicit input from citizens before the design is presented for City Council review.
The project will impact Millwood Avenue between I-81 and Apple Blossom Drive.
