VDOT seeks public input on Winchester’s portion of Rt. 7
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) the City of Winchester and Winchester Frederick County Metropolitan Organization are seeking the public’s input in a study on Route 7 improvements.
Due to the number of crashes t he roadway has been identified as a potential for safety improvements.
