VH reflects on the year and a talk with Mike Wade

Today at 10:05 a.m. and p.m. and again at 4 p.m. Valley Health (VH) staff members pause briefly for “Moments of Reflection” to mark the passage of  a year of  living with and battling the Coronavirus pandemic in the Shenandoah Valley.

Because of the pandemic VH has resorted to a virtual health fair which begins tomorrow.

The event features online programs and money saving opportunities.
