Warren County reports by email the cancellation of the August 18 data center public hearing due to the withdrawal of the applications.
Rushmark Properties in Warren County have requested the withdrawal of its pending zoning text amendment and conditional use permit applications associated with Rockland Road Data Center.
The withdrawal request was submitted to the Warren County Department of Planning by Rushmark Properties August 11.
As a result of the withdrawal of the application the public hearing regarding the zoning text amendment for August 18 has been canceled.
Warren County recognizes the significant public interest surrounding these applications and appreciates the participation of residents throughout the review process.
