Warren County Fire & Rescue Respond to Structure Fire

16 March 2017 News

Tuesday, March 14, around 10:43am, Warren County Fire and Rescue units were dispatched to the 3000 block of Rivermont Drive for a reported structure fire. Units arrived on-scene within minutes to find a working fire in a communications/retail facility. Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire.

The Fire Marshal’s Office determined that the fire was a result of an overloaded wood stove which ignited the wooden wall materials behind it. The fire was contained to the wall and ceiling assembly of the building and caused minimal damages.
