Warren County suspect apprehended in Fauquier Co.

Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of a Warren County suspect.

A Fauquier County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested and charged Otis Lee Allen of Manassas with felonious assault and felony hit and run after a two vehicle traffic crash on John Marshall Highway.

During the investigation authorities learned that Allen chased and rammed another vehicle.

Allen caused the vehicle he struck off the road and through a fence.

There were 3 people in the vehicle Allen Struck.

Before deputies could arrive at the incident Allen fled on foot.

A search by Deputies, State Police, a K9 unit and Fairfax Aviation Unit he was located and taken into custody without further incident.

Allen was taken to the hospital for treatment for injuries from the crash.

Two others were treated for their injuries at the scene.

One other victim was transported to UVA Haymarket Hospital for non life threatening injuries.

Allen was wanted in Prince William, Fairfax and Warren Counties for robbery, reckless driving, Eluding and fail to appear.

Allen is being held in Fauquier County’s Adult Detention Center.
