Warren Memorial suspends visitations
Effective immediately Valley Health’s Warren Memorial Hospital (WHM) and Lynn Care center are suspending visits by family and care partners except for special circumstances.
Visits by health care professions students completing clinical rotations at WMH and Lynn Care are being put on hold as well.
The hospital and the long term care facility have confirmed that nine employees and two Lynn Care residents have tested positive for COVID-19.
The facilities have confirmed that six employees work at Lynn Care and three more work at the hospital.
The clinical leadership of the facilities have initiated a series of precautionary steps to identify, notify, isolate and test those who may be at risk for virus exposure.
