WCFR announce a new Assistant Fire Marshal

Warren County Fire and Rescue (WCFR) Fire Chief James Bonzano announced the appointment of Gordon Foster to the Assistant Fire Marshal position.

Foster brings 37 years of public safety experience to the position.

The former Warren County Sheriff’s Office Deputy spent 27 years with the Sheriff’s Office before retiring at the rank of Captain in 2020.

Foster continued to serve the community after retirement by volunteering with the Fire Marshal’s Office and as a volunteer firefighter.

Foster takes the part time Assistant Fire Marshal position immediately.
