WCFR Emergency Medical Personnel deliver a baby

Warren County Fire and Rescue (WCFR) reports that they were dispatched to a labor and delivery call involving a 23-year-old female the morning of Apr. 8.
The woman was 35 weeks into her pregnancy and in active labor with the baby crowning when Emergency Medical crews arrived.
Front Royal’s Medic 1 and Rivermont Medic 2 performed childbirth assessment and delivered a baby girl without incident.
The mother and baby were delivered to Winchester Medical Center without a problem.
A job well done from WCFR Chief Bonzano and the community at large to Firefighters Keenedy, Kresge, Bryson, Horne, Hunt and Lieutenant Oliver for their flawless delivery and actions.
