WCSO welcomes six new auxiliary members
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) welcomes six new auxiliary members to their force.
A press release from WCSO states that these deputies volunteered more than 200 hours completing their basic law enforcement course.
This auxiliary class is the first graduating class since 2016.
Congratulations to the new deputies which include Patti Baggarly, Randi Eitzman, Steven Guizar, Bennie Jost, Jonathan Lovins and Donald Orye.
The six new recruits are citizen volunteers who are not paid by the sheriff’s office but complete similar training as their paid counterparts do.
The deputies will have the same authorities as County Deputies granted under the code of Virginia with few limitations.
