Winchester appoints a new Fire Chief
Jon Henschel has been appointed the new Chief of Winchester’s Fire and Rescue Department.
Henschel currently serves as the President of the Lord Fairfax EMS Council.
He is also serving on the Governor’s EMS Advisory Board.
Henschel has 30 years experience the last 23 of those has been with the Winchester Fire and Rescue Department.
