Patsy Cline would have turned 90 years old this weekend and Winchester is celebrating her life on Saturday.

The 12th annual block party and concert at Patsy Cline Theater will benefit the Patsy Cline Historic House on S Kent Street where she lived from 1948-1953.

The block party will take place outside her former home from 10 am to 4 pm and Kent Street will be closed from Monmouth St to Germain St.

Festivities will include musical performances, home tours and a pause for birthday cake to honor Patsy Cline with her daughter, Julie Fudge.

The evening will culminate in a concert with Grand Ole Opry member Mandy Barnett.

She also starred in the musical “Always… Patsy Cline” for 15 seasons in Nashville.
