Winchester City Council approves 2022 budget
The Winchester City Council approved the Fiscal Year 2022 budget July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
The real estate tax rate remained unchanged for 2021 at .93 cents per $100 assessed value.
No tax increases occurred with the approval.
