
Winchester forwards Senior Living Facility Proposal

On Tuesday, the Winchester City Council – voted 6-2 to forward Chicago based Healthcare Development Partners’ proposed Senior Living Facility with a Conditional Use Permit request to a public hearing at its next business meeting on March 12, with Bill Wiley abstaining due to a potential conflict and councilors Sullivan and Herbstritt voting against. A Public Hearing and vote will occur at the 3/12 regular meeting. The permit comes with a number of conditions, including; a parking plan, Minimal construction noise, landscaping requirements, as well as others.
