Winchester is awarded $9K for food and shelter

The Winchester jurisdiction has been awarded $9,468 in National Emergency Food and Shelter aid and funding.
The funds are for local agencies providing emergency food, shelter or utility assistance.
The grant is awarded by the National Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP).
The aid is not intended to substitute or reimburse ongoing services or start new programs.
The monies are intended for the purchase of food and shelter, to supplement and expand current available resources.
