Winchester launches temporary pop-up market

2 May 2020 Covid19 Winchester News

The City of Winchester has partnered with Sysco to launch a temporary pop-up market. The purpose of the market is to ease the stress on local grocery providers, as well as to offer a temporary option for household supplies. Orders can be made on winchester-pop-up-market.myshopify.com. The market offers several different bundles, including different kinds of protein, household goods and sides and vegetables.

Once your order has been placed and paid for, you can pick up your groceries at Jim Barnett Park on Wednesday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Orders must be paid for by the prior Monday at 3 p.m. if you want to pick up your order that Wednesday. There’s no shopping, no crowds and no last-minute product replacements. It’s sanitary, safe and convenient.
