Winchester Pipes and Drums celebrate St. Patrick’s Day
The Winchester Pipes and Drums will make the rounds tonight Mar. 17 in Downtown Winchester in honor of St. Patrick’s day.
Starting at 6:30 at Escutcheon Brewing Co. ending at Piccadilly’s Public House around 8:30.
They will entertain at 50/50 Taphouse, Cork Street Tavern, Macado’s and Brewbakers.
