Winchester Police Arrest Man for Sodomy

Winchester Police have arrested a man who flashed several women and committed forcible sodomy.

Police responded to reports of three separate incidents Friday (2/8/2019) night at around 8:30 p.m. of a male exposing himself to women in the 2300-2500 blocks of South Pleasant Valley Road. Further investigation led law enforcement to find that the suspect, 35-year-old Justin Michael England, also sodomized a 28-year-old female. The victim was treated and released from the Winchester Medical Center, and England was captured in a parking lot in the 2500 block of Pleasant Valley Road. He faces charges of forcible sodomy, public intoxication, and possession of marijuana.
