Winchester projects shut down roads
Beginning next Wednesday Jan. 27 and ending approximately March 10 the City of Winchester will close Papermill Road between Roosevelt Blvd. and Tevis Street 24 hours a day.
These closures are due to the Hope Drive Extension Project.
The roads will be open to local business and residential traffic with detours clearly marked.
Business access will be maintained at all times.
