Winchester regional Airport formalize construction partner

Winchester Regional Airport Authority Board of Directors formalized a partnership with TMG Construction Corporation.

TMG will begin construction of 32 private hangars at Winchester Regional Airport immediately.

Eleven box style hangars are expected to provide long term stability and amenities.

The hangars will provide ease of driving directly into the hangar and right onto a plane while providing space for families to lounge.

Standard features in the hangars include bathrooms, internet, electronic access control, storage and outdoor picnic areas.

There is the possibility of future expansion as well.

The collaboration with TMG helps deliver on demand infrastructure without burdening the airports budget or local taxpayers.

Construction begins immediately with occupancy expected by spring 2022.
