Winchester resident pleads guilty to Capitol breach charges

Winchester resident Edward E. Hemenway II pleaded guilty to parading, demonstrating or picketing  in a Capitol Building.

In Hemenway’s plea agreement charges of violent entry and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building and the two counts of disorderly and disruptive conduct will be dropped.

Hemenway faces six months in prison in his sentencing hearing Oct. 13.
