Winchester School Board approves FY 2021 budget
The Winchester School Board this week approved the 2021 fiscal year budget of $93,130,436. This is a $20,249,022, or 27.78 percent, increase from the 2020 fiscal year budget. Most of the variance comes from the nearly $16 million allocated for school construction for 2021.

The required budget requests total $817,726 and includes a health insurance increase, staff and utility costs for the new innovation center as well money for a special education autism teacher and school counselor.
