Winchester School Board to Conduct Retreat

The Winchester School Board is set to conduct a retreat this week that’s open to the public.

The retreat is scheduled to last seven hours, and will cover a range of topics.  Director of Secondary Instruction Brian Wray and Director of Elementary Instruction Jake Boula will present a discussion on Winchester Public Schools’ strategic plan. According to the retreat’s agenda, board members will also cover a fiscal year 2019 data review, and a review of the superintendent’s goals for 2020. The meeting will begin at 8 a.m. Thursday (8/15/2019) at Shenandoah University’s main campus in Winchester, inside Room 212 of Davis Hall, and it will last until 3 p.m.
