Winchester will begin disconnection of utilities

If you live in Winchester and are delinquent on your utility payments you are urged to make a payment plan.

The City Council voted to exempt Winchester from the State moratorium on utility disconnections.

The water and sewer disconnections for nonpayment will begin in less than 40 days.

This gives customers time to be notified and make a payment plan.

Payments can be set up on a 6, 12 or 24 month plan.
