Woodstock Amends Ordinances
11 August 2018 News
The Town of Woodstock has amended the wording of several town ordinances concerning problematic vehicles being kept on both residential and commercial properties. On Thursday night, the town council voted unanimously to revise a total of three ordinances to provide a more clear and concise message for the purposes of enforcement. Residents will no longer be able to keep inoperative vehicles on a residential or commercial property for more than ten days. Where the provisions of the ordinance previously allowed for 60 days to deal with any issues, the wording was not consistent across all situations.
