The Waynesboro Police Department (WPD) reports the arrest of an 18-year-old for shooting at an occupied vehicle.
Officers responded to the report of shots fired in the 300 block of North Winchester Avenue at Sunset Park at approximately 9:30 p.m. September 9.
Officers were able to determine that the shots were able to identify Isiah D. Crawford as the suspect.
Crawford allegedly fired at the occupied car while bystanders were present, but no injuries were reported.
Authorities believe it was not random but the result of an ongoing dispute.
Soon after the shooting Crawford was found in the 1100 block of South Delphine Avenue and arrested.
The 18-year-old Crawford is facing charges of attempted malicious wounding, shooting at an occupied vehicle, and reckless handling of a firearm all three are felonies.
In addition, Crawford will see misdemeanor counts of brandishing, obstruction, and discharging a firearm in city limits.
Crawford is currently being held without bond.
