WPD/MADD “Saturation Saturday” Initiative to Fight Impaired Driving

The Winchester Police Department is partnering with Mothers Against Drunk Driving for “Saturation Saturday”, a powerful nationwide initiative to fight impaired driving ahead of the Labor Day weekend. The goal of this coordinated effort is to save lives and prevent injuries by increasing enforcement during one of the year’s busiest travel periods. This effort is in conjunction with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign.
