WPD release a video account of an incident
In an act of transparency the Winchester Police Department (WPD) released a video of an officer involved shooting that occurred on Nov. 11, 2020.
The video shows exactly what happened in the death of Eric Clarke.
The video documents the event from the 911 call to the officers arrival on the scene and the aftermath.
Based on the clear evidence no charges will be presented to the Grand Jury pertaining to the matter.
