Andy has seen and raises some real concerns about the conditions of some of the state’s Canine Officers.
Being a former Virginia State Trooper who has trained canines and currently working with animals he looks to alleviate those concerns.
Andy and others have created Remote Canine Foundation and the website remotek9foundation.org to support the cause.
