Clarke County Fire and Rescue (CCFR) report a serious crash with entrapment and air care transport.
Clarke County fire crews were called to the crash in the 3200 block of Lord Fairfax Highway the evening of November 16.
Clarke County Fire-EMS with additional emergency personnel were able to extract the victims.
Law enforcement-controlled traffic as two air care helicopters had to be brought in for transportation of two of the victims.
Those patients had to be transported to a level 1 trauma center.
An additional patient was transported by ambulance to Winchester Medical Center.
The single vehicle crash remains under investigation by Virginia State Police.
